W: Senior Jordan East makes it to Semi- State

     Three Southport wrestlers went to the Regional last Saturday, Feb. 6. Sophomore Griffin Rudisill lost first round 8-0 in the 125 weight class. Freshman Casey Kauffman lost first round by a pin in the 103 weight class.

    Senior Jordan East got third in the regional tournament after pinning his opponent in the first round, losing 7-3 second round and pinning his opponent in the third round. He will move on to the semi-state tournament on Feb. 13 at New Castle High School.
