    The Cardinals traveled to compete in the Avon Invitational and finished 1-1 on the day.     The Southport baseball team traveled to Pike High School Tuesday to take on their conference rival the Pike Red Devils.     The Southport baseball team took on Columbus East last night at Holder field and thrashed the visiting Olympians 11-1. Senior RHP Kenton Armbruster went three strong innings on the mound allowing one run with four strikeouts.  Senior OF Dan Barr had a career night at the plate going four for four, needing just a triple to complete the cycle. • SB: Lady Cards beat the Flashes 1-0  3 May 2010
    On Tuesday, April 27, Southport's girls softball team played against the Franklin Centra Flashes. The won with a score of 1-0 keeping their record as undefeated in Conference Indiana.   Senior Nikki Thomas ws on the mound and had fifteen strikeouts and also had a timely double.
