BSOC-Cardinals defeat flashes

The Southport High School boys’ soccer team strengthened their record to 8-1-1 with a win over Franklin Central 4-1 on September 16. The boys’ are now 4-0 in the conference and have tied the school record for most wins in a season. The team was led by sophomore Wes Oliver who scored two goals. Freshman Drew Oliver and Bawi Hngak had a goal apiece. The Cardinals are in action next against Lawrence Central on September 18.
