The boys’ soccer team is on a seven game win streak by beating Bloomington South 2-1. The boys’ are now 7-0. The team was led by sophomore Wes Oliver and his brother, freshman Drew Oliver, who both had one assist and one goal apiece.
“Every player stepped up and played like he was capable of, especially Drew Oliver” wrote coach Josh Brown in an email to the Southport news Bureau.
The boys’ next game is in the Westfield Invitational on September 13.
